Deliver the IT and Technology Transition work that will enable safe transition and future transformation

The success of LGR will significantly depend on how effectively we plan, coordinate and deliver IT, digital, data and technology activity across the South East Essex programme.

As LGR IT Project Manager, you will help directly support the work to establish the enterprise architecture and transition of IT systems from four organisations to one unitary as we deliver LGR in South East Essex. This role provides an exciting opportunity to turn complex technical and organisational requirements into clear, deliverable plans.

Working with the LGR Technology Architect for South East Essex, you will work with ICT, digital, data, service and transformation colleagues across Southend-on-Sea, Castle Point, Rochford, Essex County Council and wider system partners to support the safe transition of systems, services and information, while helping to create the foundations for future improvement.

This is not simply about managing technical tasks. It is about ensuring that IT work is properly connected to service design, workforce planning, customer experience, governance, procurement and the wider transition programme.

You will help bring structure, pace and coordination to one of the most critical parts of LGR delivery.
