Lead the people transition at the heart of LGR

Local Government Reorganisation presents one of the most significant and people transformation programmes in a generation. We are looking for an experienced LGR Lead for People Change to work with our LGR Programme Team to deliver the people change initiatives required to deliver a new unitary for South East Essex.

You will lead the design and delivery of the people and change approach across the programme, ensuring that the transition to new councils is not only smooth, but creates the conditions for stronger, more fit for purpose and capable organisations.

You will work at the intersection of workforce strategy, organisational design and cultural change, supporting leaders and teams through one of the most significant transitions in local government.
