About the Role

Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact and support organisation‑wide change? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in delivering a high‑profile transformation programme.

As an ER Advisor, you will work closely with HR Business Partners to provide high‑quality support to organisational change activities, including restructures, consultations, TUPE transfers, and workforce redesign, ensuring all activity is compliant, well‑managed, and aligned to employment law and best practice.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in handling change programmes, giving confident and consistent advice to managers, and preparing clear, accurate documentation. You will have excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to interpret HR policies and employment legislation. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, as you will work collaboratively with managers and trade union representatives to support fair and timely outcomes.
